The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 beds).
In the kitchen area there is a comfortable sofa bed also for 2 people.
There is a kitchen including complete cooking equipment (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, gas stove, kettle, espresso machine for real Italian coffee, dishes).
There is also a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine. The apartment features air conditioning, an outdoor terrace with garden seating under a lemon tree, an outdoor fireplace with barbecue and Wi-Fi.
Bed linen, towels and bath towels are also provided, but they are not intended for the beach!
The apartment has a shared swimming pool, which is right in front of the small terrace next to the bedroom.
The pool is designed for both swimmers and smaller children with shallower water. The pool is fenced for the safety of your children. As everywhere in Italy, the shared pool is governed by the opening hours and operating rules, which you will find posted here.
The apartment also includes ironing board, ironing facilities, a clothes dryer, a hair dryer, a parasol and beach towels.

The apartment is also suitable for small children under 3 years of age and is therefore equipped with a travel cot with duvets and sheets, a highchair, a potty and a toilet seat.
The back terrace is enclosed by a fence and a gate from which there is also an entrance to the pool for the safety of your children.
As we are also dog owners, our apartment is also Dog Friendly 😊. Only dogs sleeping in their own DOG/PET bed, NOT in your bed, are expected to be accommodated!
Locality
The apartment is in the picturesque village of Viddalba at the foot of the Monte Ruju Mountain range on the island of Sardinia, province of Sassari.
In the village you will find several restaurants, pizzerias and a shop with local Sardinian food, as well as a supermarket and tobacconist. This apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.
The apartment is 5 km from the magical 12 km long Baia delle Mimosa beach. This beach is rated BLUE FLAG, which means that it has the cleanest crystal clear and soft water. The cleanliness and freshness of the sea is also due to the fact that there are many caves in this area.
In some places, the cave’s freshwater springs up into the sea.
Approximately 1 km from the apartment is the thermal river Rio Badu Crabili, in which you can enjoy swimming in the pools with pleasantly warm water in the evening or in the spring and autumn months.
In the summer, take a boat to the delta of the Coghinas River, which flows into the sea at SanPietro.
Frequently asked questions
If you come to us by night ferry, there are not many opportunities to buy groceries. All shops close at 20:00 at the latest.
So we recommend stocking up in advance.
However, there will always be a welcome drink waiting for you at the apartment - a bottle of drinking water, a bottle of Sardinian Vermentino and Sardinian bread - Mr. Carasau

In the morning you can shop from 7:00 – 8:00 in all shops
The nearest airports from our apartments are in Alghero or Olbia, these towns are about an hour away by car. We can help you with flight tickets and with car rental for the entire stay. We recommend the search engine KIWI.Com, or Honza's tickets, etc...
If you want to come to us by ferry by your own car, we can also help you book a ferry. There are two ways to get to the island: Livorno-Olbia, or Genoa - Porto Torres. As we have a good personal experience with Grimaldi, we recommend searching for a ferry booking directly on the Grimaldi lines website.
Yes, pets are allowed with us - max. 1 dog in the apartment for a fee specified in the reservation.
Mimosa Beach also has a designated dog beach in season.
Walking dogs on the beach in season is allowed until 8:00 in the morning and after 19:00 in the evening.
For the stay of dogs, we recommend contacting your veterinarian and getting your dog a European Pet Passport - vaccination certificate (price approx. 450CZK) and consulting your veterinarian about vaccination against heartworm Dirofilariosis
The pool is open from 1.6. to 30.9.
Of course, the pool is at your disposal, but please respect the siesta times that are indicated at the pool
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the entire apartment.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
