The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one has a double bed, the other has bunk bed with 3 beds), a kitchen including cooking equipment such as a fridge with freezer, gas stove, electric oven, kettle, espresso machine for real Italian coffee. In the kitchen area there is a sofa bed. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine. The apartment has central air conditioning and WIFI
This apartment has two large terraces. On the south terrace there is also a stone shower for refreshment and the possibility of washing the sand after returning from the beach, or on hot days when you want to make yourself comfortable just at home on a sun lounger.
On the terrace, which is situated to the north, there is a grill with a large stone table and a sink for preparing food
This apartment has its own parking lot in the yard
Linen, towels and bath towels are provided, but not for use on the beach!
The apartment also includes ironing board, ironing facilities, a clothes dryer, a hair dryer, a parasol and beach towels.

The apartment is also suitable for small children under 3 years of age and is therefore equipped with a travel cot with duvets and sheets, a highchair, a potty and a toilet seat.
The whole apartment is enclosed by a fence and a gate for the safety of your children.
As we are also dog owners, our apartment is also Dog Friendly 😊. Only dogs sleeping in their own DOG/PET bed, NOT in your bed, are expected to be accommodated!
Locality
The apartment is in the village of La Ciaccia, which is part of the town of Valledoria on the island of Sardinia, in the province of Sassari.
In the village you will find a restaurant and a pizzeria rated by our children as „the best pizza in the world“, as well as shops with local Sardinian food, as well as a supermarket and newsagent. This apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5-6 people.
The apartment is 150 metres from the most beautiful beach, 12 km long. This beach has a Blue Flag rating, which means that the water here is the clearest crystal and soft. This cleanliness and freshness are also due to the fact that there are many caves in this area and the cave fresh water in some places rises into the sea.
In the immediate vicinity of this apartment there is also the Kite club – San Pietro, where it is possible to rent a kite and order a kiting course. The sea in the San Pietro area directly encourages this sport.
On the other side of the beach, there is a cliff-lined coast that stretches all the way to the historic town of Castelsardo, which can also be reached on foot.
This walk offers breathtaking scenery.
About 1 km from the apartment is the famous Agroturismo Beda Ista, where you can experience incredible gastronomic experiences in the form of a nine-course menu consisting of local delicacies and specialties straight from the farm.
The menu is always seasonal and is cooked from whatever is growing at the moment 😊 – we highly recommend it at any time of the year 😊
Frequently asked questions
If you come to us by night ferry, there are not many opportunities to buy groceries. All shops close at 20:00 at the latest.
So we recommend stocking up in advance.
However, there will always be a welcome drink waiting for you at the apartment - a bottle of drinking water, a bottle of Sardinian Vermentino and Sardinian bread - Mr. Carasau

In the morning you can shop from 7:00 – 8:00 in all shops
The nearest airports from our apartments are in Alghero or Olbia, these towns are about an hour away by car. We can help you with flight tickets and with car rental for the entire stay. We recommend the search engine KIWI.Com, or Honza's tickets, etc...
If you want to come to us by ferry by your own car, we can also help you book a ferry. There are two ways to get to the island: Livorno-Olbia, or Genoa - Porto Torres. As we have a good personal experience with Grimaldi, we recommend searching for a ferry booking directly on the Grimaldi lines website.
Yes, pets are allowed with us - max. 1 dog in the apartment for a fee specified in the reservation.
Mimosa Beach also has a designated dog beach in season.
Walking dogs on the beach in season is allowed until 8:00 in the morning and after 19:00 in the evening.
For the stay of dogs, we recommend contacting your veterinarian and getting your dog a European Pet Passport - vaccination certificate (price approx. 450CZK) and consulting your veterinarian about vaccination against heartworm Dirofilariosis
The pool is open from 1.6. to 30.9.
Of course, the pool is at your disposal, but please respect the siesta times that are indicated at the pool
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the entire apartment.
