The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one has a double bed; the other bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 beds).
The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and the possibility of a sofa bed for 2 people.
The kitchen includes cooking equipment (fridge with freezer, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, coffee maker with grinding fresh coffee beans).
There is also a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Air conditioning is located in the living room and bedroom. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.
The outdoor terrace is situated in a quiet pine park and is lined with mature trees, oleanders and mimosas, which in the hot summer partly offer natural shade and pleasant seating in a rattan swing and rolling bags.
Under the pergola there is additional seating for pleasant sitting in the shade with a grill, stonework table and sink for food preparation.
In front of the apartment there is an outdoor shower to refresh and wash off the sand.
Bed linen, bath towels are provided, but not for use on the beach!
The apartment also includes ironing board, ironing facilities, a clothes dryer, a hair dryer, a parasol and beach towels.

The apartment is also suitable for small children under 3 years of age and is therefore equipped with a travel cot with duvets and sheets, a highchair, a potty and a toilet seat.
The entire apartment is fenced for the safety of your children.
As we are also dog owners, our apartment is also DogFriendly 😊. Only dogs sleeping in their own DOG/PET bed, NOT in your bed, are expected to be accommodated!
Locality
The apartment is located directly on the most beautiful and longest Baia delle Mimosa beach on the island of Sardinia, province of Sassari.
This apartment is in the recreation complex Baia delle Mimosa, and as the name implies, you will not only find a beach in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which you can reach by walking only 80 meters across the sand dunes, but in the spring, a literal flood of yellow-flowering Mimosa bushes – bushes covered in sunny yellow flowers like fluff.
The apartment is 80 meters from the magical 12 km long Baia delle Mimosa beach. This beach is rated BLUE FLAG, which means that it has the cleanest crystal clear and soft water. The cleanliness and freshness of the sea is also due to the fact that there are many caves in this area.
This place offers incredible peace, quiet and well-being, an endless beach, which is one of the few that is also a Dog beach – DOG FRIENDLY, so your pets are allowed to run freely here 😊 With the exception of the main season, when dogs can run freely on the beach in the morning until 8:00 a.m. and in the evening after 7:00 p.m.
On this quiet beach there is also the opportunity of onshore fishing for free which you can then put on the grill, or just relax if you are not lucky.
Since it is a recreational complex, there is a shop, restaurant and beach bars with a pizzeria available only in the main season from April to the end of September. Fortunately, the apartment is only 4 km from the main centre of Valledoria where you can find everything you need.
Frequently asked questions
If you come to us by night ferry, there are not many opportunities to buy groceries. All shops close at 20:00 at the latest.
So we recommend stocking up in advance.
However, there will always be a welcome drink waiting for you at the apartment - a bottle of drinking water, a bottle of Sardinian Vermentino and Sardinian bread - Mr. Carasau
Or on the way to your accommodation, you can stop for a luxury pizza HERE.
In the morning you can shop from 7:00 – 8:00 in all shops
The nearest airports from our apartments are in Alghero or Olbia, these towns are about an hour away by car. We can help you with flight tickets and with car rental for the entire stay. We recommend the search engine KIWI.Com, or Honza's tickets, etc...
If you want to come to us by ferry by your own car, we can also help you book a ferry. There are two ways to get to the island: Livorno-Olbia, or Genoa - Porto Torres. As we have a good personal experience with Grimaldi, we recommend searching for a ferry booking directly on the Grimaldi lines website.
Yes, pets are allowed with us - max. 1 dog in the apartment for a fee specified in the reservation.
Mimosa Beach also has a designated dog beach in season.
Walking dogs on the beach in season is allowed until 8:00 in the morning and after 19:00 in the evening.
For the stay of dogs, we recommend contacting your veterinarian and getting your dog a European Pet Passport - vaccination certificate (price approx. 450CZK) and consulting your veterinarian about vaccination against heartworm Dirofilariosis
The pool is open from 1.6. to 30.9.
Of course, the pool is at your disposal, but please respect the siesta times that are indicated at the pool
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the entire apartment.
Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
